Yeshua’s Law

[Yeshua:] Even if I give testimony of myself, my testimony is true [i.e.: valid], because I know from where I come and where I am going.

Yeshua is divine, the only Son of God the Almighty, so his testimony is necessarily valid.

But you [plural] do not know from where I come or where I am going.

You do not know who I am, that I am the only Son of God.

You [plural] judge according to the flesh [human nature without the Holy Spirit]; I am not judging anyone.

That is, I am not judging anyone now.

And even if I do judge, my judgement is true [that is, valid], because I am not alone, but I and the Father who has sent me.

Even according to the provisions of the Law which apply to you (all), my judgement is valid, because there are two of us: the Father and I.

In the Law FOR YOU [that is, not “your law”, but the provisions of the Torah which are incumbent upon you all] it is written that the testimony of two persons is true [that is, valid]: it is I who bear witness to myself, but also the Father, who has sent me, bears witness to me.

N.B.: It is not the case that Yeshua speaks of their Law, as if it is not also his! He wrote the Law for his people, and so the Torah is his!
